ZIPANG OPERA "KAMIYAGURA" Music Video
This is not just glory. — The Path to Glory
Rather than focusing on glory itself, this piece explores the struggle and the journey required to reach it. Four warriors continue moving forward despite the obstacles in their path, driven by hope and determination. Their pursuit of a glory that cannot be easily attained unfolds within a vast and dramatic world.
Shinra Bansho and the Mystical “KAMIYAGURA”
This piece was created as part of a collaboration with the NFT trading card game **KAMIYAGURA**, incorporating elements and motifs from the game’s universe into the film. Nature, life, time, and technology coexist within a world inspired by *shinra bansho*—the idea of all things in nature and existence. At its center stands the mystical KAMIYAGURA, a towering structure that seems to contain the flow of time from ancient eras to the present day. By combining fantastical natural landscapes with futuristic graphics, we created a world that transcends the boundaries of time and reality.
VFX × Sword Fighting × Lasers
Through VFX, we created fantastical environments inspired by shinra bansho alongside futuristic graphic imagery, emphasizing the distinct presence of each performer. The sword-fighting sequences express the tension and strength of the warriors, while the laser scenes visualize them receiving a mysterious source of power. By moving between these different techniques, we portrayed the four warriors pursuing “glory” in their own ways.
