A Fleeting “Aventure”
A dangerous trap with an intoxicating sweetness. An invitation into pleasure and despair, designed to linger in the viewer’s mind. We wanted to create something that speaks directly to instinct—capturing uncontrollable impulses and the fleeting emotions that exist only in the moment. “Aventure” comes from the French word for “adventure,” but in Japanese the word also carries the suggestion of a secret or fleeting romance. Something becomes all the more seductive because it may happen only once. Even when we know the danger, we are still tempted to step inside. We wanted the film to carry both that sense of excitement and the thrill of something slightly dangerous.
Rich × Pop = A New Visual Value
A world that feels luscious and seductive, yet carries an underlying sense of danger. To make the three-and-a-half-minute track feel as if it passes in an instant, we combined dynamic shifts in pace and transitions with stimulating VFX-driven background graphics that amplify the choreography. We also focused on the individuality of all ten members, shifting the styling and makeup between scenes featuring the full group and those built around smaller combinations. Familiar motifs such as flowers, honey, sweets, and fragrances were used to evoke the viewer’s own memories and sensory associations. By combining tangible motifs with evocative colors, we brought “rich” and “pop” together in the same visual language. We wanted to create imagery so sensory that the sweetness of desserts and the scent of fragrance almost seem to ride the air stirred by the dancers, drifting through the screen and into the viewer’s space.
